As part of our board meeting we invited Marilyn Ratzel our legal advisor from Weissman Nowack to give a brief overview of the advantages of a POA (Property Owners Assoc) vs status as a HOA (Home Owners Assoc).
The board has reviewed and proposed that the Haynes HOA community change its status to a POA to protect the value of our homes and to give our future homeowners more legal rights as it pertains to delinquent assessments, fines, and neighborhood rules and standards. Read the rest of this entry »
