This is an official notice that we will be replacing the pool gate access system EARLY NEXT week due to a systems failure. Starting 10 JUN 09 cards will be distributed!
What does this mean to you the homeowner?
The cards you currently have will no longer work with the new system.
We will be on-site Saturday (13 Jun 09) morning to distribute new cards to all homeowners. You will be required to show photo ID when you pick-up your new card (at this time we will be only issuing one card per house hold).
Anyone who is currently behind more than 30 days on their dues will not have access to the pool, your cards will be sent to you directly once your account is current. Any questions regarding your account should be directed to Alana Dorrell our property manager at CMA (her contact information is listed on the directory page).
Again we will be on-site on Saturday morning( 13 JUN09); post that time if your account is current you can pick-up your new card from the pool monitor at any time remember your photo ID.
All accounts past due will be sent their cards, post them bringing their accounts current (these will be sent from the property manager directly to the homeowner of record).
Should anyone need a replacement card post this issuing period the charge is $25.00 per card. So please be sure not to loose your cards.
