2009 Pool Opening

THE POOL IS OPEN — It opened on May 23, 2009

The pool has been updated with the new VGB drain covers as required under the new federal law.  We have replaced the access gate to the pool area which will allow us to lock the gate during non-operational times.  This gate will also help provide improved security, which will help keep unauthorized entry during the non-operational hours.   We are pleased to announce that we have also purchased two additional tables similar to the red ones we already have in place.

As a reminder we do have a pool monitor working on our property again this year.  This person does have the authority to ask anyone who is not following the rules of our communities pool and homeowners association to leave the pool area.  Anyone not following the direction of the monitor is subject to being banned from the pool, of course this is what we would consider last resort measures.  We hope that everyone will work with the monitor and respect them and everyone at the pool.

The pool hours are Monday – Sunday 10am to 9pm.  In the event that we experience a thunderstorm the pool will be closed.  The pool will remain closed for the day unless a member of either board or the pool committee is on site to re-open it.

We encourage you to provide us with your feedback about the pool.  The board member who is over the pool this year is our VP Steven Bragg his contact information can be found on our contact page should have any questions or concerns.

If you have questions about being locked out of the pool, please contact Alana Dorrell our property manager with CMA at  404-835-9100 ext 199 none of the board member should be contacted prior to speaking to Alana as she has access to all your records.

When visiting our pool remember your dues help to maintain this area, please be respectfully and keep it clean and safe for everyone to use.  Our pool rules are available for download by clicking on the link below (this file is in PDF.  Should you need PDF reader it can be downloaded for free from Adobe.com).
